Recover Your Registration
Use your MTN MoMo or Orange Money transaction reference and the phone number used for payment. If the payment is already linked, we will find your receipt. If it succeeded but is still unlinked, you can finish your Participant or Vendor registration without paying a second time.
Verify My Payment
Enter the exact transaction reference shown on your payment confirmation.
Use the Mobile Money number that was actually charged. It may be different from your personal/contact number or the number entered for registration. If it does not match, only the last 4 digits of the payment number are shown as a hint.
Important
Do not make a second payment to correct a missing registration. If your payment is confirmed but this page cannot recover it, contact the IT Office with your transaction reference.
